The City of Gatesville’s noisy animal ordinance prohibits an animal owner from knowingly keeping an animal on his premises that creates a loud or obnoxious noise that is disturbing to other people in the neighborhood. A warning of the violation must first be given to the animal owner and after 24 hours, if the problem is not corrected, other measures may be taken.
