Hard work is often overlooked, but Gatesville officials decided to honor the players’ hard work from the past 100 years at halftime of home games this season.

John Frank Post, a member of the varsity squads in 1937 and 1938, said recognizing the hard work and dedication of former high school players shows remarkable class.
