DOB: 08-17-1971 DOD: 09-23-2012

Kimberly Dawn Farr, age 41, formerly of Gatesville, passed away tragically on Sunday, September 23, 2012, at her home. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Friday September 28, 2012, at Gatesville Funeral Home Chapel.

Kim was born on August 17, 1971, in Gatesville to Danny and Joan Spradlin. She was a hard-working, single mother that loved spending time with her four children. Kim was a full time student at MCC with high hopes of graduating with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, with dreams of helping others. She loved plants, spending her morning time with God and reading her spiritual books. She loved her kids more than anything in the world. She did whatever it took to make sure they were taken care of no matter what kind of situation was at hand. She was a very strong woman who overcame many obstacles, and saw the best in everybody. She believed in second chances, and always made those around her smile and laugh.
