A motion to delay the capital murder trial of David Keith Allen was heard Wednesday, but no decision was made at that time.

If the motion is approved, Allen’s defense attorney also wants 52nd Judicial District Judge Trent Farrell to consider lowering his defendant’s $700,000 bond.
