More than 1,100 individuals receive food each month at the Care Center in Gatesville, which means Friday will be an important day for them and the center.
The annual Food For Families drive is scheduled for 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the Gatesville Fire Station and Care Center Director Deral McWhorter said the need is as great as ever.
