Wednesday was the culmination of four years of hard work for Dusty Boyd when he received the oath of office as district attorney for the 52nd Judicial District.
The Honorable Justice Rex Davis, presiding justice of the 10th Court of Appeals, administered the oath while Boyd placed his hand on the Bible held by his wife, Jennifer.
