Two things stand out when watching the top-ranked Evant Lady Elks basketball team—1. The girls have potential for a deep playoff run; and 2. Lindy Burks is a scoring machine.
The sophomore guard puts up big numbers virtually every night for Evant—including a season-high of 31 points on Nov. 11 against Cranfills Gap in the Oglesby Tournament—but struggled to explain her scoring ability.
