A 19-year-old Gatesville man was charged Friday with felony possession of a controlled substance after he allegedly assaulted a family member.
Jacob Daniel Staton remained in the Coryell County Jail Monday morning on a $5,000 bond. He is charged with possession of a controlled substance, assault causing bodily injury-family violence and evading arrest or detention on foot.
