Gatesville senior quarterback Cole Edmiston was named the All-Central Texas Most Valuable Player by ESPN Central Texas to highlight a list of five local football players selected.
Gatesville was well-represented on the list with seniors Tyler Jaynes (WR), Elijah Crosby (LB) and Sebastian Corrales (K), while Jonesboro senior Gerritt Buster (TE) was also recognized.
