Dustin Lee Lacy was arrested this week, almost a year after a family member accused him of a sexual act.
Lacy, 31, reported to the 52nd Judicial District Court Monday at the urging of his attorney, and was arrested by a court bailiff on an outstanding warrant for indecency with a child by sexual contact.
