Several months ago, a house was torn down in the 1700 block of East Main Street. Large chunks of concrete were left at the time and remain there today. What’s the deal? Can’t the city make the landowner clean up their property?
A:
City Manager Roger Mumby said it appears city ordinances do not address that particular situation; however, he plans to work with the landowner to have the concrete removed from the property.
