Does the city still intend to demolish the old school/city gym at Raby Park?
A:
Yes, the building will eventually come down, according to City Manager Roger Mumby. A new storage building was constructed at the city ballparks and equipment stored in the city gym is being transferred to the new facility. Citizens will be given the opportunity to salvage bits and pieces from the old gym before it is torn down.
