Evant Independent School District has announced that beginning in the 2024-2025 school year, the campus will be cell phone free.
The district will host a cell free program information meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 6, to discuss its plans to introduce a cell free campus locking pouch program.
The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will be held in the Evant ISD gymnasium.
