Youth golf clinic held at country club

Local Kaylan Summers has hosted another golf clinic for our local youth to broaden their knowledge of the sport.

The clinic was held on Tuesday, Aug.13, at the Gatesville Country Club and was targeted to incoming first graders through freshman students.

Participants of the clinic focused on fundamentals, techniques, and getting familiar with the game. They were also able to obtain more reps with one-on-one attention, which offers an alternative to memberships, or costly lessons.
