The Oglesby Junior High Tiger football team hosted the Aquila Cougars on Thursday, Oct. 3.
The game rocked back-and-forth with both teams scoring often in the end, and turnovers took their toll on the Tigers, who fell to the Cougars, 48-25.
Offensively for Tigers
Liam Standridge had two touchdown runs of 60 yards and three yards.
Brody Martinez had a 45-yard kickoff return for a touchdown, one six-yard run for a touchdown, and one point-after-touchdown (PAT).
Caiden Brinkley passed 1/4 for 100 yards and had one touchdown.
Hunter Insall was 2/3 in passing for 22 yards.
Defensively for Tigers
The Junior High Tigers traveled to Mullin on Thursday, Oct. 10, at 6 p.m.
