High-speed internet is within reach for more than 29,000 families and businesses across Central Texas.
To date, the construction process is underway to connect more people with Brightspeed Fiber Internet across Copperas Cove and Gatesville.
The announcement is released just eight weeks after Brightspeed announced the initial 95,000 addresses under construction that will soon be neighboring Killeen.
Residents within the community will likely see construction crews in their neighborhood, working to get them online.
When the construction is complete, residents who have previously lacked quality internet service will have access to a new, high-speed connection choice.
According to Broadband Now, “Texas is ranked 16th in the nation when it comes to internet coverage as well as speed and availability.”
Gatesville currently has over 4,768 locations that are planning to use the service.
