Gatesville ISD’s Career and Technology Education (CTE) department recently recognized high school students for their achievements in a variety of categories including animal science, automotive technology, construction tech, criminal justice, culinary arts, floral design, graphic design, health science technology, and welding.
The CTE programs are designed to prepare students for college and career readiness. Students today are entering a highly competitive workforce and must be able to integrate and apply 21st Century skills, technical knowledge and skills, and core academic knowledge.
