Evant High School announced Kate McGilvray as the valedictorian and Cason Ingram as the salutatorian for the class of 2024.
McGilvray plans to attend the University of Mary Hardin Baylor (UMHB) and will major in psychology and minor in art.
“After, I plan to continue my education so that I can become an art therapist,” she said.
Ingram will attend Texas A&M University and plans to major in business and marketing.
“While in high school, I have been working towards my Real Estate Salesperson License and I will be sitting for that exam in the next few weeks,” he said.
Evant High School held its graduation ceremony this past Friday, May 24.
