Say hello to our neighbor, Sarah Vincent!
Sarah is the officer manager for Mission Righteous Roots and has been there for a year now. She admits that the most fulfilling aspect of her job is bearing witness to the transformative touch of Jesus in the lives of those who are hurting or broken. “Serving as the first point of contact when people enter, I have the privilege of observing the entire spectrum of their experiences, struggles, triumphs, and the profound healing brought by Jesus,” Vincent said. “Being part of a process that addresses the root of their issues and witnessing such powerful transformations makes my role exceptionally rewarding.” She has lived within the community her entire life and was born and raised here. “My favorite aspect of Gatesville is witnessing the growth over the years, while many perceive growth as solely in terms of physical expansion and a growing population, I view it more positively,” Vincent said. “Observing a community uniting with a shared vision for the common good, setting aside differences to bring about genuine change is truly inspiring.”
Sarah reads The Gatesville Messenger and expressed how she loves its commitment to delivering authentic news to the community. “The newspaper’s unwavering dedication to presenting the truth in every aspect of its reporting is both genuine and commendable,” Vincent said.
