Gatesville Independent School District’s cheer program recently hosted its annual Lil Hornets Cheer Camp. It was held from Wednesday, May 29, to Friday, May 31, and it took place at Gatesville High School. All students from kindergarten through sixth grade who are interested in becoming a Hornet cheerleader were welcome to attend. The aspiring cheerleaders learned many different skills including different chants and dances.
