The Gatesville Chamber of Commerce has announced The Green Rooster Coffee Co. as the Business of the Month for June. Niki Foster (pictured with trophy) first established The Green Rooster in 2022 as a coffee truck. She is now undergoing the process of constructing her own building for the community.
