Mound is hosting VBS

Mound Cowboy Church and White Mound Baptist Church are having their annual VBS Sunday June 9-13. The time each evening will be from 6-8:30 p.m. with dinner at 5:30. Parents’ Night will be on the 13^th. This year’s theme is Barrier Rock Beach.  Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy the fellowship.

Kinsley McPherson was honored on her 17^th birthday with a trip to New Braunfels by her parents, Mark and Kelli McPherson. Those who attended were her family and friends.

David Hopson was honored on his 68^th birthday Sunday with a dinner by his family.  Those who attended were his children and grandchildren.

Congratulations to Miss Olivia Lois Long who graduated at Gatesville Primary School from Kindergarten and will now enter the first grade at the new Gatesville Elementary School.
