Righteous Roots has recently announced that they will host a softball tournament on Saturday, Aug. 10 for the community. This will be the first of a few upcoming fundraisers that Righteous Roots will be hosting.
The tournament is designed for individuals 18 years or older. There will be a five-dollar gate fee to enter the ballpark and it will cost $20 per umpire and $200 per team.
The tournament will feature a homerun derby for $20, closest to the pin for $20, and a homerun band for $20. It will be five dollars per home run and for each out taken.
Vendor booths will be available as well for $40 per booth. To sign up to be a vendor, contact 254-223-0608.
