Say hello to our neighbor, Ally Penrod!

Senior at Gatesville High School, Ally Penrod, takes time out of her summer to work as a lifeguard at the Gatesville City Pool. This is her second summer as a lifeguard and said, “The best part of my job is getting to engage and be a part of the community.” She moved to Gatesville in July of 2015 and expressed that she enjoys the way everyone comes together as one and will support each other.

Ally reads The Gatesville Messenger and said, “What I like most, is the way The Gatesville Messenger brings light and attention to sports as well as students and adults who don’t usually get recognition.”
