Gatesville High School will be well-represented during the upcoming Heart of Texas FCA Victory Bowl All-Star Games.
GHS will be represented by seven athletes in four different sports, plus two head coaches.
The FCA Victory Bowl events are Central Texas All-Star games featuring graduated seniors from the 12-county areas covered by the Heart of Texas FCA chapter, which includes more than 100 high schools in every classification.
Victory Bowl week begins the Wednesday before the game and is filled with service projects, entertainment, practices, clinics, and much more leading up to the actual All-Star games.
Below are details on each game:
Baseball - Bralen Veazey
The game will be played at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton on May 31 at 6:30 p.m.
Football - Zach Bryant, Nathan Elliott, L.J. Hall, and Tookie Jones
The game will be played at Waco ISD Stadium on June 1 at 10 a.m.
GHS head coach Aaron Hunter will be the head coach and will be joined by members of his coaching staff.
Volleyball - Barrett Boyd
The game will be played at Waco University High School on June 1 at 3 p.m.
GHS head coach Janey Weber will be the head coach.
