The Lady Eagles softball team came back for another win this past week against Blum High School where they won 13-12 on Friday, May 10.
The ladies played a rigorous game with a total of 13 runs and 12 hits. Pitchers Adalyna Andrade and Ally Thorman totaled 7.0 IP, 13 H, 12 R, 7 ER, 7 BB, 5 SO.
Batting stats for the team includes Adalyna Andrade, 4 AB, 2 R, 2 H; Emily Turner, 4 AB, 3 R, 4 H; Kyleigh Walker, 3 AB, 2 R, 1 H; Julie Henderson, 4 AB, 2 R, 1H; Ally Thorman, 5 AB, 1 R, 2 H; Leighla Hernandez, 2 AB; Campbell Gustin, 1 AB, 1 R; Kylee Gould, 5 AB, 1 R, 1 H; Lynlee Deats, 4 AB, 1 R, 1 H.
The team has now claimed the title of semi-finals champions and will face off against Dodd City at regionals in Waxahachie on Friday, May 17.
